You just have to install it, copy all the files that start with "MED" and a "MFC42.DLL" that comes with the installed files. And I use the MED model editor that comes with the demo version of 3D GameStudio. Also I use it for converting some MD2, OBJ, LWO, MDL and more file types to 3DS, X and much more, just download the program.
